Swivel Joint Type W

Type W is our standard swivel joint. It is equipped with a radial sealing. The bearing has 2 marble runs for application with high outside forces or moments or very high pressures. The standard bullets are made of stainless steel.It serves as base for customer-specific applications like operating pressures up to 1 000 bar or high-temperature applications of low-pressure range up to vacuum range (exhaust from combustion processes) or liquefied gas applications like LPG, etc.

There can be used for a variety of fluids. Our customers select the materials for cabinets, sealings and bearings according to the specification.

Such connections as pipe nozzles or pipe elbows, threads and flanges are available. Customer-specific connections can be installed alternatively.

Nominal diameter:	1″ / DN25 to 28″ / DN700 [up to 40″ / DN1000 on request]
Working pressure P_max:	vacuum up to 6.000 psi / 420 bar *
Working temp. T_min/max:	-67°F to 482°F / -55°C to 250°C *
