PR-DTC-3000P, bộ điều khiển lực căng Pora
PR-DTC-3000P là bộ điều khiển lực căng côn (Taper Tension Controller), dùng trong các hệ thống cuộn và tháo cuộn vật liệu.
Chức năng chính
- Điều khiển và duy trì lực căng của vật liệu trong quá trình cuộn/tháo cuộn.
- Hoạt động theo phương pháp điều khiển vòng hở (Open-loop), bán tự động.
- Nhận tín hiệu từ cảm biến tiệm cận để xác định số vòng quay của trục/cuộn.
- Điều chỉnh tín hiệu đầu ra để điều khiển phanh bột từ (Powder Brake) hoặc ly hợp bột từ (Powder Clutch).
- Model PR-DTC-3000P có bộ nguồn SMPS tích hợp
