MICRO-EPSILON, cảm biến laser MICRO-EPSILON
MICRO-EPSILON là cảm biến quét laser 2D/3D (laser line scanner) thuộc dòng scanCONTROL 3000. Thiết bị này dùng công nghệ laser triangulation để đo biên dạng, kích thước, hình dạng bề mặt và tạo dữ liệu profile 3D với độ chính xác cao.
